At X-1 Audio a lot of great articles about health and fitness come across our desks, but some of the most exciting are new studies about the correlation between music, health and fitness. This week a member of Team X-1 sent us an interesting study about the effect of music on immunity that came out of Europe. According the study, “Scientists found that after listening to just 50 minutes of uplifting dance music, the levels of antibodies in volunteers’ bodies increased. They also found that stress hormone levels, which can weaken the immune system, decreased after being exposed to the music.”
